Metal Dog Crates

A metal dog crate gives your dog a secure place to live in your home and a special place for him to retreat to.

Dog crate training is a very popular and effective way to teach your dog right from wrong.  This method is used to teach rules,  sleeping arrangements and keeps your dog from being destructive when you have to be gone.

You should choose a crate in the correct size for your dog or puppy, allowing your puppy growing room.  If the crate is too small your dog won’t want to live there and if the crate is too large it will lead to eliminating problems.

Your dog should feel comfortable and happy in his crate so he will soon learn that the crate is his special place just for him.  The kitchen may be a good place to place the crate, among family activity so your dog or puppy will feel a part of the action and not left out, thinking he is being punished .

Always reward your dog for using his crate and make sure the family members know that the dog crate is for your dogs pleasure and should not be teased or pestered while he is in the dog crate.  Following this rule you will begin to see great improvement in your dogs behavior.
